Duplicate Poker, Inc. ("Sponsor." "we," or "us") is a Delaware corporation with offices in New York City at 1450 Broadway, 41st fl., New York, NY 10018. We are the Sponsor of Duplicate Poker.com (the "Site"), which is a website devoted to the play of duplicate poker as a game of skill. The following is our privacy policy. By opening an account with us you consent to the terms of this policy. We reserve the right to update and change the terms of this policy and encourage you to periodically review it. Your continued use of the Duplicate Poker.com services constitutes your agreement to this policy and any updates or changes. Our Terms and Conditions of Service take precedence over any conflicting provision of this policy.
2) Information Collected and Purpose
In connection with your opening of an account with us, we will ask you to provide certain personal information, including a name, postal address, e-mail address and password as well as to certify that you are at least 18 years old (or older in jurisdictions in which the minimum age for play on our Site is greater). Players are able to change account details by selecting an Account option in the downloaded software.
3) Deposit and withdrawal processing
To play for real money, you must make a deposit to your account.
