An action card can be described as a card which helps a group of poker players otherwise called a group card. This can lead to a situation where the game generates a lot of raisings and bettings. The action card is a one that is used to bring in a considerable action into force. The term "action card" is most times used in the concept of flop games due to the fact that in card games like Draw and Stud, all players gets their cards.
So it is a little bit difficult to deliver a single card to one player in order to set off an action from the other poker players. For example, in a poker game like Texas hold 'em or similar communal games like it, the action card applies if a card appears on board and causes a considerable betting action especially if it helps more than one poker player.
